Order fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. For orders with more than 10 items, fulfillment may take 3–10 business days. Once the order status changes to "Accepted," the countdown begins. Within the first two hours after placing an order, you may update the shipping address or cancel the order. However, after the status changes to "Accepted," the order is sent to the Fulfillment Team, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

- US Domestic - Express: 1–3 business days (USPS Priority)
- International - Zone 1: 2–5 business days (FedEx)
